He has more than 30 years' expertise in food technology, which translates into multiple, innovative ideas for clean, green, sustainable food and beverage products. Within the WhiteStar Group, Chai Guy chocolate is just one of Dean’s many projects - now he is delighted to bring his years of experience and enthusiasm for New Zealand’s bountiful and safe produce to IWI Brands.
